Who we are

Swiss Finance ("we") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at investors@swissfinance.com, or by post at Badenerstrasse 47 Stauffacher, 2nd & 4th Floor, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us: your email address and consent if you subscribe to the newsletter; your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type and message if you use the contact form; your name, email address, organisation and the information you choose to include if you make a strategy submission; your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, areas of interest and any further information you choose to include, such as children’s ages or a referral code, if you make a private family inquiry; and the information contained in any CV or application you send us by email. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To respond to your enquiry or submission, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. To send the newsletter, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. To consider applications, on the basis of our legitimate interest in recruitment or steps taken at your request.

Who we share it with

We use third-party providers for website hosting and email delivery, who process data on our instructions under written terms. We do not otherwise share personal data except where required by law.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and submissions are kept no longer than necessary for the purpose, and normally not more than 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data; to data portability; to withdraw consent; and to complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
