For Families
For families who plan in generations.
Where the family builds its future, how the next generation is prepared to lead, and how the capital that makes it possible is stewarded. Three questions that arrive together, answered by one family of firms, born in Switzerland.
One Family of Firms
Quiet, Structured, Long-Term
Swiss Finance® is the name shared by a family of firms with a common outlook: quiet, structured, and built for the long term. Alongside Swiss Finance itself sit an educational academy and institute, an affiliated investment adviser, and an affiliated investment manager, Britannica Capital.
Each is a separate firm with its own responsibilities. On these pages, every service says which firm delivers it. Swiss Finance itself does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
Three Areas
Three Questions, Answered Together
Residency — EB-5
United States residency for the family through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, coordinated by the group with independent immigration attorneys from first assessment to permanent residence.
The Next Generation
Swiss Finance Academy and Swiss Finance Institute® prepare the heirs to family enterprises to run a business properly, invest with discipline, and build careers in high finance.
Stewardship (opens in a new tab)
Wealth management and family office services through our affiliated firm, Swiss Finance Private Wealth Management, an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, together with Britannica Capital, the group’s affiliated investment manager.
Stewardship
Considered Stewardship of Private Capital
Swiss Finance Private Wealth Management is an independent investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, serving individuals, families, and the professionals who advise them. As a fiduciary, it is required to act in its clients’ best interest. It is affiliated, through common control, with Britannica Capital.
Its flagship for suitable clients is the Preferred Income Strategy, in which investors hold a preferred position in a defined structure for a fixed term. Beyond the flagship, it provides discretionary portfolio management tailored to each client’s objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and tax circumstances, together with the family office services mapped below. It keeps fewer relationships, and every one begins with a suitability and fit analysis.
Britannica Capital is a global macro hedge fund manager employing a systematic, quantitative strategy with disciplined, rules-based risk management, on the philosophy to preserve first and compound next. Its funds are offered privately, by invitation, to qualified investors after a fit analysis. Capacity is limited.

Why Switzerland
Born in Switzerland, based in Switzerland.
Swiss Finance is headquartered in Switzerland. Governance is approached as a discipline, not a disclosure exercise. Discretion, structure, and long horizons are how the family of firms works.
How It Begins
Every Relationship Begins With a Conversation
Places are limited, and not every family is accepted. The private brochure is shared following an initial conversation.
- 1
A Confidential Conversation
An initial discussion of the family’s circumstances, objectives, and timing, held in confidence.
- 2
A Fit Assessment
Whether the family and the firms are right for one another, including eligibility for each area.
- 3
A Tailored Plan
A sequence across residency, education, and stewardship, each part delivered by the firm responsible for it.

Private InquiryImportant Information
These pages describe services delivered by separate firms within the Swiss Finance family. Swiss Finance itself is an independent capital allocator. It does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, does not market or distribute investment products, and does not offer services or products in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful or unauthorised. Services depend on each family’s circumstances and eligibility, and not every family is accepted.
Wealth management and family office services are provided only by Swiss Finance Private Wealth Management LLC under its own agreements. Swiss Finance Private Wealth Management LLC is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Registration with the SEC does not imply any specific level of skill or training, nor does it constitute an endorsement of the firm by the Commission. The Preferred Income Strategy is available only to eligible, suitable clients and is subject to the terms, counterparties, and conditions set out in its offering documents, which govern in all cases. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any security, financial instrument, or investment strategy.
Britannica Capital is a private investment management firm affiliated, through common control, with Swiss Finance Private Wealth Management. It is not a registered investment adviser. Its funds are offered privately, to qualified investors only, through definitive offering documents, and are not offered through this website. All investment involves risk, including loss of capital, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Educational programs are provided by Swiss Finance Academy and Swiss Finance Institute®. Programs are educational; they are not employment and do not promise or guarantee any job, placement, admissions, or career outcome. Credentials issued by Swiss Finance Institute® are private credentials, not accredited degrees or professional licences. Applications and enrollment are handled by those firms under their own terms.

Immigration legal services are provided by independent licensed attorneys. Petitions are adjudicated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and approval is not guaranteed. EB-5 investments carry risk, including loss of capital. Program terms change periodically. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment, and no EB-5 project or investment is offered through this website.
