An Open Letter From A Managing Director:

"Dear Swiss Finance School:

Given the rigor of your program, I am interested in learning if you have any thoughts on how our firm could benefit from looking at some of your participants as potential hires. One of our current initiatives is to focus on new and innovative ways of identifying qualified and motivated participants.

Best wishes,

Managing Director, Morgan Stanley

Swiss Finance, School of Business Executive Education
Trends in technology, globalization, outsourcing and banking consolidation are putting unprecedented demands on even experienced professionals and entrepreneurs. Within corporations, as the competition for advancement becomes increasingly steep, one needs to continually improve one's skills and capabilities. When it is one's own business and investments, the need for highly applicable and insightful training is even more marked. Swiss Finance Executive Education offers a rigorous open enrollment modules designed to transform your company's financial possibilities, and your own level of expertise.

Unlike other business school executive education programs, our modules are taught by executives, entrepreneurs and graduate business school professors with extensive industry as well as teaching experience. They have been in senior leadership positions in business and on Wall Street, and can offer you the kind of applied, practical knowledge, insights, and skills that come only from years spent in business. Because our instructors have all held executive level positions, they are well-equipped to dispense candid insight and advice.

The perspective you receive at Swiss Finance Executive Education goes far beyond theoretical knowledge. You will learn how to analyze markets, financial products, valuations, and countless other aspects of financial knowledge. The cumulative effect is a framework for understanding which allows executive and owners to make uncommonly sound financial decisions and strategies. Training is achieved through hands-on simulations and case studies, and rigorous classroom instruction.

Applicants should understand that our training modules are very rigorous. On some days, classes can be held for six to nine hours. There are assigned readings and case studies selected for richness and practical relevance to the topic, and for making the discussion as approachable as possible to the audience. Formal presentations similar to those delivered by investment bankers before their clients during "beauty contests", as well as negotiations that relate to price and structure of a deal, form an integral part of a highly dynamic learning experience. For those who are interested, Wall Street interview training and resume review sessions are held throughout the program, in the form of group exercises. These are conducted by finance professionals.
