This three week program prepares students to succesfully enter fast-paced careers in investment banking, capital markets, trading, hedge funds, entrepreneurship and business consulting. Through two tailored programs based upon previous financial knowledge, this course benefits students who wish to gain expertise to invest wisely, gain deep undertstanding of alternative investment instruments, and grow private firms. Strong applicants come from a wide range of majors and concentrations. Topics include M&A modeling, capital markets, IPOs, trading and behavioral finance, corporate finance and valuation, venture and angel capital, private equity and leveraged buyouts, hedge funds and strategies. Business strategy and consulting cases are also discussed.
