Lectures and Evening Sessions Lectures may take up a large portion of the day, and may sometimes feature more than one instructor. Sessions may cover applied skills and team projects. |
Strategy Groups Executives work in teams and groups to discuss projects, cases,
and lecture materials. Strategy groups may choose to
meet in the evenings, several times each week.

Strategy Teams Each strategy group contains several members which involves group discussions, meetings, strategy sessions, analysis, and write-ups. Prior to a major deadline, team sessions may sometimes last for long hours.

Presentations Delivery of presentations before clients and analysis of case studies before colleagues constitute an integral part of our training programs. Participants receive an exciting experience similar to a live deal scenario. These are a source of learning for everyone in the program. |
