Upon completion of this module, participants will be able to:
- Produce trading comps valuation and full valuations
- Understand deal structuring including key ROI matrices, and the anatomy of M&A transactions
- Understand financing options for expanding family businesses
- Conduct advanced transaction structuring involving issues
- Replicate venture capital analytical processes internally
- Conduct rigorous private equity due diligence
